WADDESDON SUMMER FEST 6 & 7 JULY

MARLOW FIRE STATION OPEN DAY 7 JULY 11am - 4pm
A family friendly charity open day with all proceeds going to the firefighter's charity. Expect a bouncy castle, face painting, John Johnny Entertainment, food and drink, and colleagues from Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service as well as a firefighter dunk tank head along to meet the crew.
GLOW WORM SAFARI with WILD COOKHAM 10 JULY

Roll up, roll in to the stately pleasure-dome for miracles, song, symphony and enchantment. Musicians, horses, clowns and tumblers enfolded in this joyful paradise, with music loud and long - the Giffords Circus caravan will be taking to the road for a 2019 summer of love.

MARLOW FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL 13 - 15 JULY
Street food served from pop-up kitchens and artisan groceries will tempt the taste buds whilst a selection of craft beers, ales and ciders served from festival bars, as well as prosecco and wine will be available to quench the thirst. In addition to the grocery stalls there will be stalls selling a variety of products including colourful artisan products and items for the garden!
THE HENLEY SWIM FESTIVAL 16 JULY
If you've always fancied a go at wild swimming but not had the nerve, this could be your chance to give it a go on one of the most beautiful and prestigious stretch of the Thames. The Outdoor Swimmer Henley Swim Festival, incorporating the Henley Mile, promises swimmers of all abilities, and ages (8+), the chance to be part of a bumper weekend festival of swimming.
The event includes multiple-distances, free taster sessions, and the chance to swim with elite level competitors. This years' maze theme is Fantasy Fun. Explore the corners of your imagination by tackling challenges with the pixies, dragons, unicorns and trolls to solve the puzzles and earn your honour.
NORDEN FARM 24 JULY - 25 AUGUST
The ever popular Maidenhead Beach is back, all summer long – inspired by the laid back tropical paradise that is Goa. It’s free to play on every day with beachside tables available for snacks and lunch from the Cafe Bar (including children’s picnic bags). For maximum chill out, explore the indoor chill out space in our Gallery. It is designed for children with SEND and features work from local schools. Lie back and enjoy projections in the fisherman’s hut or go fish in shiny waters and add your creations to the walls.
All of this and a full programme of family films and live events, the Goan Beach is the perfect place to pitch up this Summer.
MAIDENHEAD FESTIVAL 20 & 21 JULY
The 2019 two-day Maidenhead Festival will take place over the weekend of 20th & 21st July.
The family-focused event will feature music, a beach, fairground, stalls and side shows and if you're lucky you might spot a friendly clown or acrobat!
The festival will be centred around Kidwells Park but aims to involve the whole of the town and local community. Admission is free over the weekend. Charges will apply to refreshments and some activities.
ANTHONY CARO at CLIVEDEN ONGOING This year visitors have the opportunity of seeing sculptures by an artist widely regarded as the greatest British sculptor of his generation. Spanning over 40 years of the artist’s career, the works in the exhibition are predominantly installed along Cliveden’s Green Drive – a mile long path that runs the length of the eastern side of the estate.
