No need to organise childcare to get to the gym, Sweaty Mama allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout.  Exercises are adapted to suit all ages & development of the child as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core & posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love! With classes taking place everyday of the week, in Marlow, Cookham, Maidenhead and Burnham.

THESE MUMS CAN CIRCUITS

'These Mum's Can' is a great class for busy Mum's.  Get together and train in a circuit style class with Louise and have a cup of tea and a chat afterwards.  This is a very popular class, so booking for the block is advisable.

There is also a small (free) play crèche for under 4’s. Spaces are very limited. This is not a specifically postnatal class so all 'Mum's' welcome

Crèche Fit is a unique exercise class in Windsor and Maidenhead run by Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainers with a passion for helping mummies return to exercise safely and without the worry of childcare. BUGGY FIT

What better way to get fit than in the great outdoors.  With groups nationwide, you'll be able to find a class near you.  The exercises are specially selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups to enable mum to cope with the demands of motherhood.  Classes take place in Windsor, Marlow, High Wycombe & Beaconsfield

GO FIGURE 

Sarah at Go Figure runs a Mumilates and Let's go Mummy! The classes are all about making exercise accessible to you without the need for child care.  During the sessions you will be guided through a combination of exercises which will, tone, strengthen and allow you to burn some calories along the way.

BUGGY SQUAD

Ros and Wendy are two mums with a passion for helping others mums get out and run with the kids in tow.  

They have set up a free, friendly buggy running group, led by a guide and in differing locations each week. The runs are for those who can already run 5K but differing speeds are very much welcomed.  If you dont yet have a running buggy these can be hired for the session.  Just make sure you book in advance.

Tara teaches this fun, stretching and nurturing class for mother& child.

REFORMER PILATES 

The Reformer gives you all the benefits of Mat Pilates and more. The springs and pulleys on the reformer give you far more resistance than you can achieve with just your body weight on a mat, so you'll improve posture, overall strength and flexibility. 

Babes in arms to crawlers can join you with play pens, doughnuts and toys provided.
